What Guides SERCAP's Programs, Services, and Impact
Reliable access to clean, safe drinking water; environmentally sound wastewater facilities; affordable housing that is warm, safe, and dry; strong community infrastructure development; and economic development opportunities are essential to building strong, thriving individuals and communities. To overcome these barriers, SERCAP works alongside rural communities to build solutions that last. The agency's mission, vision, and values guide both the work itself and how SERCAP delivers its programs, services, and overall impact.
