SERCAP's Mission
SERCAP's Mission is to improve the quality of life for low-income individuals by promoting affordable water and wastewater facilities, community development, environmental health, and economic self-sufficiency.
We put this mission into action by helping individuals, families, and rural communities access safe drinking water, reliable wastewater systems, and affordable homes that are warm, safe, and dry. We also provide training and support to strengthen local economies and expand opportunities.
